I usually create to-do lists as well as the lists of priority tasks that need to get done on my digital notes

One of the things that helps me is to write down things before sleeping, and to activate the mind, I do exercises in the mornings

I like to write my to-do on a piece of paper, and don't check my phone when I need to focus on something. Also, lots of ice americano!
