Remote work or work from home is a good idea as it enables a person to maintain flexible hours and more work can be done in this mode.

Honestly, it's more time with my cats and the comforts of home like comfortable slippers, really good coffee. I even play the piano sometimes when I have a break in the middle of the day. Couldn't do any of this at an office ;)

More time with my family. I used to spend more than 12 hours in the office. Now, even I still need to stand by and busy with work.. but at least the kids can have my presence more than before. Responsibility is key, the more I learn about working remote the more I appreciate my job.
