After 10 years exercising. My routine has varied due to the hours I need to work. I tend to workout 5 days per week, 45 mins to 1.5 hours max per training. You can pick 2 workouts as cardio and the rest with strength training conveniently. There are a lot of content out there so is not a problem to try to workout by your own. Food is important, too. I tend to reduce excess of carbohydrates. No sugar. Change the usual rice(even though is hard) and moderate water consume. Hopefully this is helpful for you. PS: You can try fast intermittent starting by 12 hours. It's a complicated topic, though I experienced different benefits after weeks applying it.
